Our property

The B&B originates from a careful and recent renovation (November 2016) of a first-floor apartment (without an elevator) in a building located 150 meters from the beginning of the historic center, on a quiet and peaceful street. There are 4 rooms available for guests, each with its own private bathroom. All the rooms have independent access from a common hall; each of them enjoys autonomous hot/cold air conditioning and a security door. Comfort is also ensured by carefully furnished and modern-style décor.

Our breakfast

Breakfast, if included (at an additional cost of €5.00 per person), is served at a café a few metres from the B&B, where the attentive and friendly staff can cater to various dietary requirements due to allergies or intolerances. Each guest can choose three items from the menu, for example: cappuccino + croissant + fresh juice. Guests may choose to have breakfast served in their room free of charge.

I personally take care of all aspects of hospitality at Dimora Francesca, including reservations, welcoming guests, and cleaning. I do all of this with great attention and enthusiasm because I am fully aware that the success of a "memorable vacation" or simply a pleasant stay largely depends on the place you have chosen to book, your "starting point"! I'm sure you will agree with me when I say that being welcomed warmly, in a clean and fragrant room that faithfully reflects the photos seen online, can truly make a difference!
